AvidBeam Demonstrates AI Video Analytics to Enhance Pilgrim Safety at Hajj Conference 2025

AvidBeam participated in the 1447 AH Hajj Conference and Exhibition, held in Jeddah under the theme “From Makkah to the World.” The event began last Sunday, November 9, and continued for 4 days with extensive participation from government, private, local, and international entities, as well as academics, researchers, and representatives of pilgrims’ affairs offices. And more than 2,400 trainees from various countries around the world benefited from the conference.

This participation aimed to showcase AvidBeam‘s video analytics solutions and smart surveillance systems, which utilize cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence to reinforce the company’s role in supporting digital transformation to serve the guests of Allah and enhance crowd management efficiency and security during the upcoming Hajj season.

As part of the conference activities, held at Jeddah SuperDome with broad participation from 270 exhibiting entities and 225 speakers from local and international governmental and private institutions, Ahmed Ali, AvidBeam‘s Sales Manager in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, participated with a keynote speech held on November 10, 2025, about Technical Innovation in Hajj System.

Ali shared the discussion platform with Abdulaziz Al-Subaih, Founder and CEO of Secure Tech, and Majdi Sorour, Digital Projects Manager at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. They discussed the role of artificial intelligence and big data analytics technologies in developing the Hajj system and facilitating the pilgrims’ experience from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom until their departure.

During the discussion, Ali emphasized the importance of leveraging the expertise of all participants from various entities, as this serves the interest and safety of the guests of Allah and continues the bright image that the Kingdom presents year after year in all Hajj seasons. He confirmed that the Kingdom does not hesitate to implement and deploy the latest technologies in the world.
