Job Brief:
As an Application Deployment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering the ongoing/new project to ensure of a successful delivery of our products and solutions for AvidBeam end-users in KSA.
Qualifications:
- Saudi Arabia residency, local transferable Iqama is a must.
- Must have a valid Saudi Driving License.
- Flexibility to regular site visits in KSA is essential.
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering/computer science or related fields.
- Proven work experience as an Application Engineer not less than 2 years in a Saudi software company or a related field.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing technical support. Address
customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling of our products and services. - Deploy and configure the software for new projects.
- Conduct POCs and demos to ensure the system functionalities to potential clients.
- Provide technical training to partners and clients.
- Provide technical Support to the clients (remote – onsite).
- Gathering clients’ requirements to fulfill their needs.
- Act as a technical expert and work closely with the clients to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients. Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
- Support the partners to design optimal solutions for new projects.
- Estimate H/W specs and storage calculation according to projects’ scopes.
- Create and deliver presentations and demos to current/potential clients, to clearly communicate the solution design description, statement of work, product data sheets.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies very quickly with minimal assistance.
- Good Knowledge with IP network, including proven experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting IP networks. Proficient with protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.

- Experience in client-facing or customer engagement.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Linux system administration, including but not limited to distributions such as Ubuntu Demonstrate the ability to install, configure, and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of video surveillance technologies, including Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and their components.
