Before Founding AvidBeam, Hani had been with Intel for 18+ years where he led the first worldwide standard-based Videophone product development as well as the first standard-based IP Telephony client product, and the architecture of Centrino® Pro™ Manageability & Security in Portland, Oregon, USA. Hani oversaw R&D activities at Intel in the Middle East and supported Intel Capital on technology investments in the region.

ICT professional with 15+ years of experience in multinational organizations including Intel, Huawei & Motorola. He participated in many ICT projects in Africa & Middle East. Just before Co-Founding AvidBeam, Hossam had been working with Intel as a Strategic Relations Manager as he oversaw Intel collaborations with regional governments and universities.

Michael Gutmann has worked on PC, Internet and digital multimedia technologies for over thirty years. For twenty years, he was director, senior manager and software architect at Intel Corporation, contributing to Videoconferencing and IP Telephony strategy and new IP products that foreshadowed their ubiquitous deployment today. He is the co-author of 10 patents in areas of video conferencing, digital video and computer architecture technology.
